CHICAGO, IL – Chicago website design and development firm, Azavar Technologies Corporation, launched its eNewsletter, Webability Trends, geared toward helping businesses get the most out of their websites and Web applications.“We saw a need to provide people with relevant information about their websites and Web applications, and the best way to accomplish that was by utilizing our expertise in email marketing,” President Jason Perry said.
Webability Trends covers such topics as website and Web application security, website success, Rich Internet Applications and interviews with the award-winning website designers and programmers who build the websites and Web applications. In keeping with email campaign marketing best practices, and wanting to extend the Azavar brand to inboxes, the graphic designers translated the template of the Azavar website into an email-friendly format and accompanying mini website that still gives a distinct feel to Webability Trends.
“You don’t want an email marketing template to look exactly like your website. You want it to be a little different so that it stands out but still maintains some elements similar to your website,” Azavar Creative Director Brian Flanagan said.
The first issue included articles about bot attacks on websites and Web applications, how to write good website content that will bring in quality leads, an introduction to Rich Internet Applications, an interview with Mr. Flanagan and an editorial on the importance of network neutrality, or net neutrality.
