WARE MALCOMB ANNOUNCES DESIGN COMPLETED & CONSTRUCTION
BEGUN FOR BACCHUS SIGNATURE SERIES

(August 2006) Irvine, Calif. – Ware Malcomb is a national design firm offering planning, architecture, interior and graphic design services to commercial real estate clients throughout the United States and Mexico. The firm’s corporate office in Irvine, California, is proud to announce that design is completed and construction has begun for BaccHus Signature Series. The project includes forty office and research & development buildings on an 18 acre site. The developer for the project is BaccHus Development of Irvine, California.

The project is located at the corner of Irvine Center Drive and Lake Forest Boulevard in Irvine, California. The office park will stretch all the way to the corner of Irvine Center Drive and Scientific Way.

Ware Malcomb is providing master planning and architectural and services for forty single and two-story office buildings totaling 265,856 square feet. The buildings will range from 5,000 to 10,000 square feet in size. These buildings are available for sale to multiple buyers.

The building design for Bacchus Signature Series is very modern with its simple, but impressive burnished block exterior, creating a smooth block face and a sharp look. Also, each building in Bacchus Signature Series will boast an individual, distinctive interiors layout based on the buyer’s specifications.

Construction began in June 2006 and will be completed in phases. All phases are anticipated to be completed by July 2007. KPRS Construction of Brea, California is the General Contractor for this project.
