Mumbai-August 25, 2006 - Over 300 exhibitors, representing property developments coming up across
India, are expected to participate in the event to be held at Dubai's
Airport Expo from November 1 to 3, 2006.

Sunil Jaiswal, CEO, Sumansa Events, highlighting the significance of the
upcoming Indian Property Show, said that the event would be the ideal
platform for people seeking to buy property in India. 'The UAE has
attracted people from all over India, who have come here to work, many
of them possibly saving up to buy property for a permanent house in
their home country.

'We recognize that NRIs in the UAE, seeking to buy a property in India,
would most likely wish to secure a property in their state of origin.
Therefore the Indian Property Show will showcase properties being
offered in different parts of India. The show will give people an
opportunity to learn more about what's on offer at a single forum. Here
they will be able to question the developers as well as make a
comparative evaluation,' he said.

The event, which has the endorsement of the Builders Association of
India and RealAcres.com (India's No.1 property portal), has a host of
features to help NRIs build an understanding of the Indian property
market. These include seminars with an educational focus, and an
interactive channel to communicate with developers even before the
event.

'What we're aiming to do is help NRIs who want buy property buy
property. Most people put it off, so Sumansa Events has created a unique
educational focus to help them understand why now, why India and why the long term view. We'll help them understand how they can buy now and
gain, even if they want to return to India later.

'Our research has shown us that there is a great deal of misinformation
or a lack of knowledge about the Indian property market. A large number
of Indians residing in the UAE showed their keenness to acquire property
in India but also clearly indicated that they would like to learn more
before committing to any major investment in this sector. We hope that
before during and after the Indian Property Show, they will be able to
do just that.' he added.

Mr. Jaiswal emphasised that the organizers would not be just focusing on
having high-end properties at the event.

In addition to the builders, participants in the Indian Property Show
will include land developers, letting agents, lawyers, and 'vastu'
consultants.
