John Madrid Named 2006 "Five Star" Real Estate Agent

The "Best In Client Satisfaction" designation is awarded annually based on a survey of recent homebuyers in the Seattle market. The number of agents in the area who qualify for this award is limited to the top 7% of all agents in the market.

Each nominated agent is screened against the state run real estate commission to ensure the agent holds a valid and active real estate license and has had no disciplinary actions.
