Prudential Gary Greene, Realtors' Paul Edwards Takes Second Quarter Region Award

HOUSTON - Prudential Gary Greene, Realtors has recognized Paul Edwards as a winner in the Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. 2006 Second Quarter Awards. The announcement was made recently at Prudential Gary Greene's mid-year meeting at the Westchase Marriott in Houston. Edwards placed second overall in the total number of homes sold during the second quarter of 2006 at Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. in the five-state Central Region. Edwards earned the award with the sale of 39 homes during the quarter.
In his third year as a Realtor, Edwards works out of Prudential Gary Greene, Realtors' Portofino office in The Woodlands. The former freelance marketing specialist and father of three got his initial start in real estate by investing in local residential properties.
"There's a lot more to buying, selling and leasing properties than meets the eye," he said of his early dealings. "I decided to learn everything I could about real estate."
Once he earned his license, Edwards joined Prudential Gary Greene specifically because of Portofino office manager Bill Neill. "I had heard Bill Neill was the best real estate trainer in the area," he said. "I wanted to learn from the best."
Since joining Prudential Gary Greene, Realtors, Edwards has become a dynamic force in Montgomery County real estate. Working with assistant Meghan Tompkins, he has developed a strong following from referrals and repeat customers in The Woodlands and surrounding area.
In addition to assisting families with residential properties, he specializes in real estate investment strategies. "We work with residential and commercial investors to achieve their individual objectives," he said. Edwards handles property leasing, maintenance and other services for a growing roster of clients.
