SEPI Engineering Group Announces
New Site Development Project Manager
Rick Baker Named Project Manager At Transportation Engineering Firm

RALEIGH, N.C. – Sepi Asefnia, president of SEPI Engineering Group, has announced that the firm has named Rick Baker, PE, project manager in the firm’s Site Development practice. In this position, Baker will manage all aspects of site development projects which includes engineering and project management. Baker has more than 15 years of experience and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree as well as a Masters of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University. He is a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers and before joining SEPI Engineering Group was a project manager at Piver & Associates, P.A. where he was involved with municipal engineering, site planning, grading, erosion control, water, sewer and streets, as well as construction management.
