“THE 4400” Heartthrobs Wow Audience in Live, Uncensored Broadcast

Joel Gretsch and Patrick Flueger, who play Tom Baldwin and Shawn Farrell, respectively, on “THE 4400”, excited their fans with an unedited, unscripted live broadcast session for fans around the world on Monday, August 21. Fans received more than they had bargained for. Patrick Flueger appeared sporting a silver nose ring while revealing on air that he has a tattoo on his forearm and a tattoo on his ankle. Joel Gretsch received friendly jabs from Flueger and his fans when he confessed his soft love for the tear-jerker “Terms of Endearment”, which contrasted to Flueger’s love of “Braveheart.”

Gretsch and Flueger also delighted the audience by personally acknowledging their fans around the world on a first name basis. Some comments visibly moved the two, especially one submission by a female soldier. Her company is stationed in Iraq and are big fans of “THE 4400.” In fact, so many fans tried logging onto the broadcast that users actually had to queue up to gain access to the live session held on BuddyTV.
