Wins Triangle Sales And Marketing Council Awards
Heritage Wake Forest Wins Local Recognition

RALEIGH, N.C. – Debbie Houston, president of Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston Builder Services, has announced that the organization’s Heritage Wake Forest community has won ”Highest Unit Amount and Dollar Volume,” as well as, “Best Sales Team of 3 or More Agents in the Triangle,” from the Triangle Sales and Marketing Council. The award was presented to Chad Burns, Brenda Simpson, Ashley Wilson and Devon Perry who sold 36 homes totaling $13,314,606 in May.
