Blockbuster, based in McKinney, Texas, also signed a five-year lease for 2,500 square feet and is expected to open in September 2006 within this same center at 170 West Ellendale Avenue. Anchored by Safeway and Rite Aid, Mill Valley Square shopping center is now 100% leased.
