ANN-MARITA IS MORTIFIED

"Class Of '93" and "You Said Forever", two songs off Ann-Marita's country-rock debut self-titled album, will be featured on an upcoming episode of the new kids' hit TV series "Mortified"! "Mortified" is shown Australia-wide on Friday afternoons at 4pm on Channel 9.

Ann-Marita describes her debut cd as being about "growing up, and having to do it a little faster than expected. It’s about heartbreak, survival and finding your place in the world … When someone tells me that they were moved by one of my songs, …I know that I’ve hit the mark." Ann-Marita wrote all of the songs for her self-titled album.

Ann-Marita is currently in the studio recording her sophomore album, tentatively titled Intuition. Intuition is expected to be released later this year.
