Facing Foreclosure Not So Scary, Company Shows Clients Various Solutions

COLUMBUS, Ohio (August 19, 2006) - In response to the overwhelming number of “I Buy Houses Cash!” companies, Limelight Properties LLC today announced its foreclosure prevention division - Benefacts Home Solutions. The newly-formed information and resource provider allows homeowners to learn about, discuss and evaluate all of the different ways they have to avoid foreclosure (besides selling their homes quickly).

The inspiration came from a client complaining about aggressive local investors telling her to sell her home quickly, recalled Matthew Russo - founder of Benefacts Home Solutions. “She was already upset that she was having a hard time paying her mortgage,” Russo said. “The last thing she wanted to hear was someone she didn’t know telling her what to do.”

The idea of sharing information and options was something Limelight Properties had already been doing with their clients, which buys and sells a number of properties around Central Ohio each month. So it was only natural to do the same for Ohioans facing foreclosure (who will total close to 30,000 this year). Benefacts informs homeowners about their options via the following methods:

• Forum: Homeowners can anonymously post questions about their situation and have them answered directly by Solution Specialists at Benefacts.

• Foreclosure Options Worksheet: Clients can request an interactive worksheet (from the website or over the phone) that will show them what options may be available to them according to the information they input.

Each method allows homeowners to acquire the facts they need to make an informed decision for themselves. According to Russo, “Knowledge is only potential power.
