REP Commercial Negotiates Lease Transaction for Niko Niko Sushi Restaurant at Canyon Point Marketplace in Rowland Heights, Calif.

Niko Niko Sushi of Rowland Heights, a franchisee, signed a 10-year lease for 2,310 square feet in the Canyon Point Marketplace shopping center located at the corner of Colima and Fairway in Rowland Heights. The value of the lease could not be disclosed. The tenant is expected to open in mid to late September 2006 at 19705 E. Colima Road, Suite 9. David Morgan of REP Commercial in Irvine represented the landlord, Unt Atia Company of Santa Ana. Kelvin Chen of A Plus Realty in Rowland Heights represented the tenant. REP Commercial is the exclusive leasing agent for Canyon Point Marketplace shopping center, a 137,000-square-foot neighborhood center, which is now 100 percent leased.
