REP Commercial Represents Tenant in Retail Lease Transaction for Cartridge World at The Vons Center in Los Alamitos, Calif.

IRVINE, CA – REP Commercial, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Real Estate Partners, Inc., announced today the company represented a Cartridge World franchisee in the retail lease negotiations at the Vons Center in Los Alamitos, Calif., a 67,000-square foot neighborhood center.

Guillermo Casablanca, a Cartridge World franchisee, signed a five-year lease for 1,050 square feet at the Vons Center located at the corner of Los Alamitos and Farquhar in Los Alamitos. The value of the lease could not be disclosed. The tenant is expected to open in September at 11300 Los Alamitos Boulevard. David Morgan of REP Commercial in Irvine represented the tenant, assisted by Martin Wong of High Performance Capital of Los Alamitos. The landlord, Los Alamitos Hundred Foot Service Stores Company of Beverly Hills, Calif., represented itself.
