Focus on Fraud Prevention is a comprehensive eLearning training program that teaches the knowledge and skills needed to prevent fraud and minimize the risk of fraudulent activity. This course gives a comprehensive, in-depth look into the types of fraud commonly perpetrated in the retail bank as well as the newer fraud schemes like phishing, identity theft and bank-specific fraud prevention tools.

Focus on Audits and Examinations guides students through the internal audit process in an interactive, self-paced format. Topics cover internal controls, audit reports, federal examinations, the examination process and supervisory classifications. The course provides a guideline for year-round compliance to ease the stress of an audit.
