TCF is adding new courses to their curriculum, having previously enlisted Edcomm to develop customized Teller and Platform eLearning, as well as custom S1 Teller Systems Simulation Training.
Ethics: Code of Conduct provides comprehensive online Code of Conduct training for all Bank associates, from the executive team to the entry-level employee. It informs participants about what is and is not acceptable business behavior, and what the Bank expects of its employees. Ethics: Code of Conduct provides the policies that affect all employees, and it also underscores the ethical responsibilities of each individual employee to the Bank.
Ethics: Code of Conduct can be customized to any bank’s Code quickly and inexpensively.
EEO Achieving a Fair and Respectful Environment is a customized eLearning program that enables employees to recognize and deal with important issues in workplace discrimination and harassment. It sets guidelines on how to avoid accusations and teaches strategies for diffusing potentially volatile situations.
Focus on Business Continuity covers all aspects of disaster recovery, crisis management, risk management, customer and information security and overall bank readiness. The course provides training on how to increase disaster-preparedness, how to maintain business operations during a crisis, as well as how to smoothly restore bank operations after a disruptive event. Focus on Business Continuity presents students with the knowledge and skills to improve policies and procedures and increase resilience to interruption and loss.
