While working at these offices, Tricia recognized the need for quality personnel to accommodate the day to day needs in every practice. In 1995, Tricia applied her years of experience in the dental field and founded Performance Plus, Inc., the Macomb County leader in Dental staffing and consulting.
With the success of Performance Plus, Inc., it seemed only natural for us to assemble additional staff and offer general staffing services across the tri-county area. In 2003, Performance Plus, Inc., extended our staffing services to include various professional positions such as Administrative, Secretarial, Clerical, Data Entry, Office Management and more.
