ABOUT CROSS CULTURE:
With a sound reminiscent of Thousand Foot Krutch, 311, Red Hot Chili Peppers and Pillar, Cross Culture has been one of the most talked about bands in Christian music this year. Their debut album, Proof Positive, released in February on Selectric/Sony Records and has become the best selling record in the history of Selectric Records. The band has made over 27,000 MySpace friends since the release of the album, had a Top 15 Radio Single and performed at a variety of summer festivals, including Altanta Fest, Rock The Light, Crossover Music Fest and Cornerstone. The future looks very bright for this foursome. On the cusp of signing a major partnership, more announcements will be forthcoming shortly.

ABOUT V.A.S.T.:
VAST is one man and one man only, Jon Crosby. Crosby grew up in Humboldt County, California, and at the age of 13, was profiled as a promising guitarist in Guitar Player Magazine. He was nearly signed to the guitar-based label Shrapnel, but decided to turn it down to hone his songwriting chops. Crosby soon left high school to do home study, and set out to form a band to perform some demos he recorded all by himself, under the name VAST. Although he was able to play shows, the band was a revolving door of members, with Crosby still recording demos all the while.

One such demo started to get some heavy airplay on a local station, which led to a fierce major label bidding war. VAST was eventually signed to Elektra, and released the debut Visual Audio Sensory Theater in mid-1998. Two years later, Crosby released Music for People, which gained critical acclaim and even wider audiences. Today, with his third record release, VAST is known to be one of the biggest underground artists in the world. VAST music has appeared on MTV, VHI, Dawson Creek, One Tree Hill, Late Show with Carson Daly, and the new record, Turquoise & Crimson, has sold over 50,000 units since its release in April (2Blossom/Warner Brothers).
