African Americans Win Freedom to Build Perfect Credit & Own Homes Via Strategic Credit Restoration

In the year 2000 this country switched from the old credit scoring system to the new credit scoring system called FICO. Most Americans, especially African Americans, were never informed of this very significant transition. Most Americans are still quite unaware of the existence of FICO and how it drastically affects almost every aspect of their lives due to the fact that the strategies now used to control credit scores are vastly different from what most Americans think they are. Under the new credit scoring system if you have less than a 700 credit score you have bad credit.Currently 95% of all Americans have bad credit…and many do not even know it.

African Americans are five to six times more likely than whites to be turned down for a home loan, according to a recent report by the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, or ACORN, a national fair housing group. According to 2000 U.S. Census Bureau figures, African American households on average earn 49 cents for every dollar earned by whites. African Americans have little idea of how the system in place works against them and they work against themselves. They are not financially stable because they fail to establish what Dr. Grayson teaches in his many workshops and seminars across the country; ZDC or Zero Derogatory Credit. The estimated spending power of African Americans in the U.S. is $602 billion, and as a consumer group, blacks spend more on almost everything, from apparel to appliances to computers and DVD's to foreign luxury vehicles, than white consumers, even though they earn considerably less. This was found in recent research conducted by Target Market News, which tracks African American consumers.
One of the first critical steps to building wealth and securing one's financial future is to own a home. But the American Dream of homeownership remains elusive for many African American families. The rate of homeownership for all Americans is 67%, but for African-Americans it's only 47%, the Census Bureau reports.
There are many advantages to homeownership. You can borrow against the equity in a home to send a child to college, to pay off credit card bills or to weather a financial crisis. In fact, homeownership can literally replace your salary if Dr. Grayson's strategies are employed. And, let's not forget about the tax advantages to homeownership. All Americans have the inalienable right to perfect credit.
Racism exists and for African-Americans, in areas ranging from education, jobs to homeownership and equality with whites remains a far-off goal, as highlighted in a recent report by the National Urban League. “One way to combat discrimination is to grab hold of the keys to restoring your credit and building a financial house of brick and mortar instead of sand or playing cards,” states Fran Houseworth, a Strategic Credit Restoration Consultant and multi-million dollar producing real estate agent for the past 28 years.
