Coreland Companies Adds Two New Associates to their Brokerage Leasing/Sales Department; Chris Wakim & Tim Muller Named as Leasing/Sales Associates

TUSTIN, CA – Coreland Companies of Tustin, Calif., one of the largest real estate service companies based in California, has added Chris Wakim and Tim Muller as Leasing/Sales Associates to the company’s Leasing/Sales department. Wakim and Muller will work with Coreland’s existing leasing teams and service the department’s growing office and retail portfolios as well as identify new third-party office leasing and sales assignments.

Prior to joining Coreland, Wakim served as a realtor associate with Century 21 Beachside Realty in Huntington Beach, where he headed up the firm’s commercial real estate transactions. He will join Coreland’s retail team consisting of Matt Hammond and Bryan Bauer and will assist in the marketing and leasing of the company’s 25-property retail portfolio.

Muller comes to Coreland from the mortgage industry where he was a loan officer and sales associate for the past four years in Newport Beach. Muller will join the office leasing team of Hogberg and Darren Kim and will assist in the marketing and leasing of the company’s 2+ million square foot portfolio.

Wakim and Muller will report to Steven Hogberg, Vice President Leasing/Sales, and be based in the company’s Tustin office.
