Guardian Angel Postal Unit Grand Opening

The Guardian Angel Store is pleased to announce the opening of the Guardian Angel Contract Postal Unit in its store at Union and Academy, Colorado Springs, CO 80918. The opening of the Contract Postal Unit is part of a United States Postal Service program to expand services to the community and alleviate long waiting times at USPS postal stations.

The Guardian Angel Postal Unit is a full service unit which will provide patrons with the capability to purchase stamps and post domestic and international letters and parcels. Services include certified, insured, priority, and express options.

“We are truly pleased to offer these services from our store,” said Sharon Bonebrake, General Manager of the Guardian Angel Store. “We have many customers that seek gifts for friends or family who live out of town. We also have many military families looking to purchase gifts to send to loved ones overseas. Now, they can purchase those special books or gifts and post them in one stop. Of course, we also look forward to providing postal services to local businesses and the surrounding community.”

The grand opening of the Guardian Angel Postal Unit is scheduled for August 11th, 2006. The grand opening will include refreshments, giveaways, and special discounts on store merchandise.

The Guardian Angel Store is a family owned Gift and Book store offering Christian merchandise for all ages. The store opened in its current location on the southeast corner of Union and Academy in March, 2006.
