Release of Aloaha PDF Suite

The PDF Suite allows users to move documents from a printer queue to PDF. These automatically generated files can be either e-mailed to an e-mail address or public folder or else saved to a directory. The suite is available as a workstation version and a server version. Users can purchase a server license with the advantage that they can monitor any shared printers and convert the queue on the server to PDF and then publish these PDFs to a directory or public folder. An included feature in PDF Suite is the opportunity to save all PDFs on a letterhead at the users choice. This feature can be very useful for online payments, invoices, receipts or contracts.

Aloaha's PDF Suite does not require any special hardware or software, and can operate on NT based Operating System such as NT4, Windows XP, Windows 2000 or Windows 2003. Users do not have to attach real printers to their computers; they just need to install an EMF-based printer driver. The installation package of Aloaha PDF Suite includes a generic driver as well.

The suite has already been rolled out to a company that ordered 1,000 licenses, among others. The PDF Suite's cost is 49 Euro or 59 USD per seat, enterprise and site licenses are also available on request.
