Residential Real Estate Teams Named To Triangle Area List

RALEIGH, N.C. – Don Walston, president and CEO of Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston, has announced that the firm earned seven spots on the Triangle Business Journal’s list of top 25 residential real estate teams. Phyllis Wolborsky’s team earned the number two spot on the list, with $118 million gross sales closed by the team in 2005. Total gross sales by all the Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston teams reached over $368 million. The Teams are: Phyllis Wolborsky’s, Cathy Brady’s, Amy Pmerantz’s, Keith Stirewait, Kevin Wolborsky and Michael Horwitz’s, Trudy Cates and Allyson Finley, Jackie Mizelle and Judy Little.
