Kendlebell has seen the demand for a Personal Answering and Virtuial Office Service grow by 40% over the last 3 years. In 2004 four new offices (Scotland : Perth & Motherwell and England : Oxford & Worcester) were successfully opened and supported new clients from the first day. 2005 Has already started well for Kendlebell due to the fact that 2 new offices are confirmed to open in the first quarter. Kendlebell Southend will be operational from 21st February and the first local office in Wales (Newport) is planned to open in March.
The type of clients which use Kendlebells services vary immensely. A personal service works well with almost every business. With Kendlebell each client is assigned 2-3 PA's who work as part of their team. It is critical that a business knows who is answering their calls which is why Kendlebell is so successful. The PA's know the clients business, staff names, staff movements, type of calls/enquiries received, website and so on.. This builds the clients trust and confidence in the PA's ability. Each message is relayed directly to the appropriate person and is summarised at the end of each day for the client.
