Sage Builders communities continue to fill up at record pace

Due to an extremely fast rate of expansion, Utah's newest communities are filling up rapidly. Sage Buiders (http://buildwithsage.com) is seeing the highest levels of demand for new homes in their history. Promotions that are offered by Sage Builders have also helped to spur on the popularity of the new homes in their communities.

In the month of July Sage Builders was offering free decoration packages with each closing. While the newest promotions have not yet been announced, Sage Builders is looking forward to making them available soon.

About Sage Builders
Sage Builders was formed by Doug Jessop in 1996 as a custom home builder. Doug began his career as a framer, building large homes in California during the housing boom of the late 1980's. He later returned to his native Utah and continued to frame homes for some of the largest builders in the State. He went on to start his own custom home building operation in the early 1990's, which has grown steadily over the years to become one of the most reputable home builders in the area, known for its' quality craftsmanship and unique attention to style and detail.

Sage now builds over 50 homes a year in Utah. Doug recently started a sister company, Sequoia Builders, which is developing the Sleepy Ridge Golf Community in Orem, UT.
