July 27, 2006: EUREKA, MO – Terrestrial Digital’s DB2 HDTV antenna was featured in an article in the August/September 2006 issue of HDTV Etc. Magazine, titled The High-Definition Backyard. The DB2 was listed as one of the peripheral products that could allow HDTV enthusiasts to enjoy high definition programming outside. The magazine cited the antenna’s weight, at less than 3 pounds, and easy assembly and setup as characteristics that make it ideal for use on the porch or in the backyard.
“The DB2 offers HDTV viewers reliable performance in a small package,” Terrestrial Digital President Richard Schneider said. “It’s also well built and durable, which makes it ideal for use in a wide variety of locations.”
According to Schneider, for customers who decide to take their HD outdoors with them, the DB2 is an ideal signal solution for boats, backyard movie parties, and outdoor sporting event parties.
In addition to its merits as an outdoor antenna, Terrestrial Digital’s DB2 has also been recognized as an ideal indoor antenna. HDTVPrimer.com named the DB2 the ‘highest performing indoor antenna’ and called it ‘without flaws’ in a study comparing commercially available antennas.
