New SCPanel Shoutcast Control Panel Updates

Today SCPanel.NET released version 1.4 of their ground breaking Shoutcast hosting control panel software, SCPanel. Version 1.4 of SCPanel includes several bug fixes and the release of several new features. The new features mainly include aesthetic improvements and the introduction of additional administrative controls.

“All SCPanel license owners have a new advanced backdoor login to every SCPanel installation they create,” commented Alex from SCPanel. “This allows the license owner to always be in control of what their clients may be running on their SCPanel install.”

The administrative updates in version 1.4 were released mainly as a run up to the completely new admin panel currently under development by SCPanel.NET team.

“The admin panel we currently have under development will allow our clients to remotely administrate all of his or her SCPanel installs simultaneously. We’re talking about create a radio, delete a radio, add bandwidth, add listeners or remove.”

We’ll all be keeping a close watch for SCPanel’s admin panel release.
