WARE MALCOMB ANNOUNCES DESIGN COMPLETED AND CONSTRUCTION BEGUN FOR VAN DYKE CENTER PROJECT

(July 2006) Plainfield, Illinois – Ware Malcomb is a leading national design firm offering planning, architecture, interior and graphic design services to commercial real estate clients throughout the United States and Mexico. The firm’s Chicago office is proud to announce design is completed and construction has begun for the Van Dyke Center project located on the corner of Van Dyke Road and 143rd Street in Plainfield, Illinois. The developer and general contractor for the project is ILS Properties.

Ware Malcomb provided planning and architectural design services for this project, which includes a speculative multi-tenant 48,393 square foot industrial/office/warehouse building. This pre-cast concrete building is divisible into a maximum of eight units, consisting of a minimum of 6,000 square feet each. The building includes 8 truck dock doors, 8 drive-in doors, and has the potential of up to 8 individual entrances with steel designed canopies.
