Greater Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce and Brickyard Crossing Golf Resort team up for 2nd Annual “Business at the Brickyard: Maximizing Golf as a Business Tool”

An estimated $28 billion in annual sales in the United States alone is directly attributed to contacts, conversations and relationships initiated or conducted while on a golf course. Because of this proven potential of golf as a business tool, the Greater Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce and the Brickyard Crossing Golf Resort are once again teaming up to bring Indianapolis-area business professionals the “Business at the Brickyard: Maximizing Golf as a Business Tool,” Aug. 2, at the Brickyard Crossing.Presenting sponsors Office Depot Business Solutions Division and Sterling Creek, along with media sponsors WIBC AM 1070 and WTHR Channel 13, enable “Business at the Brickyard” to bring together both the experienced and aspiring business golfers for a day of skill development, networking and, of course, a good game of golf.
Expanded format allows for more participants
This year’s event has been expanded to accommodate four different “flights”: a morning scramble, with skills clinics and seminars in the afternoon; a morning Golf School, with skills clinics and seminars in the afternoon; an afternoon scramble, with skills clinics and seminars in the morning; and an afternoon Golf School, with skills clinics and seminars in the morning.
All skills clinics and seminars are geared toward any playing level, with topics including Tips from the Tour (taught by a David Leadbetter instructor), Long Drive Tips, 10 Business Golf Commandments, Swing Faults and Fixes, and more.
Foursomes to include business celebrities
Once again, scramble foursomes and Golf School classes will include local business celebrities, allowing attendees to maximize networking.
