Northshore Process Service names John G. Dukelski Managing Director

New York, NY., July 21, 2006 – Northshore Process Service today announced that Superintendent John G. Dukelski will become Managing Director, effective August 1, 2006, coinciding with the company’s next board meeting. He will retain his title as Superintendent. Current Managing Director Brad Morgan, who will turn 64 later this month, will continue as Technical Director. The moves are part of NPS long-range leadership succession planning.Morgan will remain actively engaged in day-to-day business operations, maintaining oversight of company strategy, information technology, law and government affairs.
Dukelski, 58, an elite operative, earned his law degree in 1974 and his criminal justice degree in 1980 from the University of London. He joined NPS as a law consultant in 1981 and was promoted to investigative manager in 1984, district manager in 1990 and IT operations manager in 1997. He was named marketing director in 2001 and promoted to Superintendent in 2003. Dukelsi's career has followed the traditional path of other top NPS managers. “Most importantly, John started in the ranks,” said Morgan. “He’s had proven success building our people and our business internationally, and he’s done the same at the national level through 25 very productive years in several key positions. There isn’t a segment of our business which John hasn’t been closely involved, and he’s a key player in our strategy and operations. He provides strong, energizing leadership as superintendent and will continue to do so as Managing Director.”
