RACE DAY FILMS inks deal with SpellCasters!

RaceDay Films, a leader in extreme off-road sports film has reached an agreement this month with SpellCasters Showcase, www.spellcasters.com, to provide PPV VoD programming on SpellCasters' global broadcast network.

"This is going to be great for us!" said Vince Pate, co-founder of RaceDay Films. "We've been looking for a solution, and SpellCasters provided the perfect platform… They're totally turnkey, from encoding to paygates, and RaceDay didn't have to spend a dime!"

RaceDay will begin netcasting on SpellCasters this month with the release of Wax Apples 2005 Off-Road video "Little Place", eventually building a library of hundreds of hours of championship off-road and extreme sports.

SpellCasters, powered by Globix world-wide data centers and Webpay's Click & Buy PPV interface, provides new, fully licensed content for showcase and distribution via mobile/BB/IPTV.

SpellCasters currently provides programming for the public via their internet Showcase at www.spellcasters.com and is preparing to begin broadcasting DVB-H signal later this year.
