WDNC Sports Radio 620 the Bull has announced the addition of Steve Logan and Mark Packer to its weekday line-up.Beginning Monday, July 31st – WDNC will carry “Primetime with the Packman” – hosted by Mark Packer each weekday afternoon from 3:00pm – 7:00pm. The program originates from Charlotte, where it has gained top ratings since coming on the air in October of 1997. WDNC Program Director Adam Gold stated, “This will be a great anchor to an already stellar line-up on The Bull. With the “Mojo in the Morning” program in the morning drive and the incredibly popular Mark Packer in the afternoon drive, we’ve established 620 the Bull as a major player in Triangle talk radio.”
Beginning on Monday, August 28th, former East Carolina Head Football Coach Steve Logan will host a show on WDNC each weekday from 1:00pm - 3:00pm. Logan gained attention last year while co-hosting a program on WRBZ, sister station to WDNC – 620 the Bull. Logan currently serves as Quarterback Coach in the NFL Europe, resides in Raleigh, and will host his own show during the NFL Europe off season. Logan coached 11 years at ECU and was one of the most dynamic and innovative coaches in the school’s history. WDNC Program Director Adam Gold added, “For those who listened to Steve Logan’s appearances on 850 the Buzz last year know just how outspoken, honest, and at times outrageous the coach can be. He is, as he terms it, a football savant – 620 the Bull and Raleigh football fans may never be the same.” Steve Logan added –“I’m very excited to be a part of the 620 The Bull line-up for the upcoming football season. I hope to give the fans and coaches perspective on the college football scene as it unfolds regionally and nationally”.
