Hogg Lawson Chartered Accountants joins Russell Bedford as member firm in Brisbane, Australia

Worldwide accounting group Russell Bedford International has announced the appointment of Hogg Lawson as its new member firm in Brisbane, Australia.

Hogg Lawson is a three-partner firm of Chartered Accountants. It was established in 1954 and has evolved to become a specialist provider of services to small-to-medium private businesses together with small public companies and not-for-profit organisations. Some of the largest clients are subsidiaries of foreign corporations.

The partners are: Rod Allan FCA, whose expertise is in public and private company audit, investigations and due diligence; John Statham FCA FTIA, a specialist in tax law as well as general business services; and Alex Steele FCA, who covers the areas of financial analysis, business performance analysis, technology and operational management. All three partners are registered with the Australian Investments and Securities Commission as Registered Company Auditors.

The firm’s range of services includes: audit and assurance; accounting services and compliance; taxation services; business systems consulting; financial planning; training; and business software solutions.
