Albany congressional candidate kicks off campaign

He's running again. Albany Lawyer Warren Redlich, the 2004 Republican candidate for Congress in the Albany-Schenectady-Troy area of New York State, announced today that he will be the GOP candidate in the 2006 mid-term election.

"We struck a chord last time", Redlich noted, "when we talked about not wasting money overseas." In the 2004 race, Redlich did 5 points better than the last 7 GOP challengers.

And now Redlich says he will focus even more clearly on waste: "We've got to stop wasting money." To carry that theme, the campaign has launched its Stop Wasting Money blog, on the wredlich.com campaign website.

Two to three times a week, there will be a new post on the Stop Wasting Money blog, discussing ways in which government wastes money, and how Redlich proposes to fix the problem. And Redlich promises the blog will not pull punches and no politician, Democrat or Republican, will be spared.

Redlich is an attorney in Albany, New York. He has been endorsed by the Republican Party, the Libertarian Party, and the Republican Liberty Caucus.
