Oh Baby! Fitness and Piedmont Hospital are excited to announce a new partnership. Starting in July, Oh Baby! Fitness will offer prenatal exercise classes at Piedmont Hospital’s Health and Fitness Club. Classes include Pregnancy Pilates and Pregnancy Water Aerobics. Oh Baby! Fitness programs are an excellent way for expectant moms to find support, make friends and exercise in a safe environment. All Oh Baby! Fitness instructors are certified in prenatal fitness, so exercise is fun and safe. Oh Baby! Fitness follows American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) guidelines.
Oh Baby! Fitness offers the widest variety of prenatal and postnatal exercise classes in metro Atlanta. Pregnancy and Mom & Baby classes include: Yoga, Toning, Water Aerobics, Pilates, Group Cycling and Stroller Workout. Partnerships already exist with DeKalb Medical Center and Emory Crawford Long Hospital and several universities and fitness clubs throughout Atlanta.
At Oh Baby! Fitness, our focus is to give new and expectant moms a place to get fit, bond with their babies and make new friends. We offer a variety of fitness classes designed to take moms from pregnancy through birth, and then into the toddler years with their child. Our programs allow Mom to get out of the house, get her body back in shape and spend time with baby. We’ve specially trained our instructors in a nationally recognized pre/postnatal fitness certification, so they really know what they’re doing. Our instructors will help clients make the modifications they need to build strength and lose weight. We have also partnered with area hospitals because they offer a safe environment for our classes and because doctors need to know what kind of exercise their pregnant and postpartum patients are participating in.
Visit www.ohbabyfitness.com for more details and to register for classes or call 678.528.1390 for more information. Classes are $80 for a six-week session or $15 per class for drop-ins.
