Award Winning Travel Series, Discoveries…America, To Be Broadcast For 22 Hours July 4th On INHD2 National High Definition Cable Network

Issaquah, WA. On July 4th, 2006 INHD2 High Definition (HD) Cable Network will be broadcasting 22 hours of back-to-back episodes of the international award winning High Definition (HD) travel and cultural series, Discoveries…America. This series is produced by Jim and Kelly Watt of Bennett-Watt HD Productions of Issaquah WA. The Watts have been traveling the backroads of the USA for four and one half years to film the entire Discoveries…America series. It is the first video series produced in over 25 years that features each state in the USA.

The purpose of the series is to provide a fresh look at America in the 21st Century. Filmed entirely in Widescreen Digital High Definition (HD), the series chronicles history, people, culture, travel and locations unique to each state in the USA. Subjects range from cowboys, musicians, historians and artists to casinos, cliff dwellings and space centers. Program segments delve into cultural traditions, political history and lifestyle trends, and provide portraits of national parks, monuments and people of interest. Production of Discoveries…America series continues through mid 2007 and will ultimately include fifty-one 60-minute shows for HD broadcast and DVD.
