meetingtrak™ Version 7.0 Planned for July Release

gomembers, Inc. (http://www.gomembers.com) is pleased to announce the release of Version 7.0 of meetingtrak™ for the meetings community. This version expands the power of meetingtrak as a meeting management software tool.

The gomembers’ R&D team has responded to customer’s requests for improvement by incorporating many enhancements that greatly improve the usability of the system. For example, there is a new menu structure to allow access to both forms and reports from the main menu. Now at your fingertips will be: Current Meetings, New Registrations, New People, and New Companies. This gives the end user access to future meetings and also the last 100 records that have been added to the database.

Another usability enhancement is updating the real-time credit card authorization to immediately authorize a credit card from the Financial form. It currently supports Skipjack and Verisign, but can be modified to work with other credit card processors. Also, a duplicate, or merge/purge, utility has been enhanced to allow the user to identify and eliminate multiple copies of People records based on list of selected criteria, such as Name, Company Name, or City.

Importing data has been simplified by adding an enhanced import wizard. It integrates with the duplication utility to prevent duplicate records from being imported.
