ArcaMax Publishing is making mornings more fun with comics, horoscopes, puzzles, and columns available free online.

The family-friendly news source, which also features home and parenting tips and headline news, now offers fifteen nationally syndicated comic strips in their popular Funnies section ( http://www.arcamax.com/comics ).

"Reading comics in the daily newspaper has become a tradition," says ArcaMax CEO Scott Wolf. "People have become a lot more connected — and, subsequently, a lot busier. We've found a way to bring the traditional comics page to a much more hectic lifestyle."

Also available in the Funnies are interactive crossword and sudoku puzzles. Readers can play and solve the puzzles online, with or without extra help. Both games have a built-in timer, so players can try to beat their best time each day. For those more comfortable with pencil and paper, the puzzles can also be printed out.

In addition to the Funnies section, ArcaMax also offers many other traditional "morning reads," including syndicated columns such as Dear Abby and Annie's Mailbox. Entertainment buffs can catch up on the latest movie reviews on the weekends, courtesy of the Family Film Reviews column. And for those who want a look at the day ahead, ArcaMax now runs daily horoscopes.

Readers across the country are enjoying the variety of content the site offers. Charlie Husson of Newport News, VA said, "Doing a crossword puzzle before bed is part of my daily routine. I can do these early in the day if I know I won't have time, but I love having the option of printing them out for later."

Among ArcaMax Publishing's other free content are ezines (e-mail newsletters) on topics such as parenting advice, gardening, and a free online book club. To find out more or to subscribe, visit http://www.arcamax.com .
