Shebu Raphael to head Human Capital for Marlabs globally

Bangalore, June 30, 2006: Marlabs India, wholly owned subsidiary of Marlabs Inc., a fast growing provider of technology services and solutions to select verticals, today announced Shebu Raphael’s coming onboard as its worldwide Head of Human Capital. In his new role, Shebu would be responsible for HR services to the projects and professional services in India, the US besides other markets where Marlabs operates in. Prior to joining Marlabs, Shebu was the Director - HR Services, North America for Birlasoft.

An alumnus of XLRI, Shebu is a certified Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) from the prestigious Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in the US. During his stint at Birlasoft, he was responsible for launching HR processes and cross cultural initiatives which have been instrumental in positioning Birlasoft as a major player in the IT Services space.
