Red Level Networks Gains Certification: Named Cisco Premier Certified Partner Livonia-Based Company Increases Knowledge Base to Expand Client Services

The wireless specialization recognizes IT companies for their knowledge and expertise in building and maintaining Cisco unified wireless LAN solutions.

In obtaining Premier Certified Partner status, Red Level had to achieve expert status in one technology specialization. To maintain its partner status, Red Level must maintain high customer satisfaction levels that are measured through an annual survey, which Cisco uses to evaluate its customer satisfaction ratings.
