Coldwell Banker Howard Perry And Walston Names Sales Performance Director
Jo Mangum Named Sales Performance Director

RALEIGH, N.C. - Don Walston, president and CEO of Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston, has announced that Jo Mangum has been named Sales Performance Director for Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston. As Sales Performance Director Mangum is responsible for ensuring that all new agents acquire the needed skills to become a successful agent. She has been with the company for 12 years and has received multiple awards including Bronze Listings Sold of the Year, Silver Sales Associate of the Year, Gold Sales Associate of the Year, Sales Mega Team of the Year and International President’s Circle. Mangum is also a certified coach and a nationally accredited Buyer Representative instructor and the author of “We Can Work It Out,” the only negotiating course approved by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission.
