PC Laptops Introduces Its First Dual Core Laptop Computers

SOUTH JORDAN, Utah – PC Laptops today introduced a pair of dual core laptop computers, the first-ever dual core laptops offered by the company.

Known as “dual core” laptops because they feature two microprocessors instead of one, PC Laptops’ industry-leading dual core laptop computers, the new PCL 112 and PCL 805 notebook computers, each feature up to 2 Gigabytes (GB) of dual-channel system RAM, 2.33 Gigahertz (GHz) Pentium duo processors, WSXGA active matrix displays and come equipped with a DVD-RW drive.

“Because of our concerns about the stability of the components that go into a dual core laptop, we have consciously waited to begin offering dual cores to our customers until now,” said Dan “The Laptop Man” Young, president and founder of PC Laptops. “Having problems with a computer is a huge drag, and dual core components were not stable enough until now. The PCL 112 includes a Seagate hard drive with up to 160GB of storage capacity, a 12.1-inch WXGA widescreen super glare TFT display, and delivers more than five hours of battery life and weighs less than 4.5 lbs. The PCL 805 also features a Seagate hard drive of up to 160GB, 2GB of RAM, a 15.4-inch WSXGA display, a Geforce go 7600 video card with 256MB of on-board RAM, and a 1.3 megapixel camera and delivers up to four hours of battery life.
