Tacoma WA - Stacy Brice, founder of the Virtual Assistant profession and president/CVO of AssistU, the industry’s premier business training and finishing school, receives the Virtual Assistance Chamber of Commerce InnoVAtive Award for Exemplary Industry Leadership.

The InnoVAtive Award is an honor given by the VACOC to Virtual Assistants who have demonstrated high standards of excellence and inventiveness in the areas of smart business practices, industry promotion and Virtual Assistant education and training.

Brice was selected by VACOC founding member, Danielle Keister, for being a consistent and unwavering example of the highest, most honorable and dignified ideals for the profession, and for creating a business school that is as much about a state of grace as it is entrepreneurship.

“Recognition of Stacy’s vision, leadership, and all that she has built and continues to stand for in this industry is long overdue and so well-deserved,” states Keister. “It gives me great pleasure to be the first organization in our industry to extend this acknowledgement to her.”

Brice was pleased when news of her award was announced.

“This is really special to me; I am honored. And I accept this on behalf of every Virtual Assistant who lives and works with the highest standards, and shares the vision of what this profession can be. Without them, out there, building great businesses that contribute to their having high quality lives, my days would be far less colorful; my purpose unfulfilled; my vision meaningless.”
