S.C. Marketing President Chuck Salisbury has been selected to teach Real Estate Agents in Southern California how to handle inquiries from their clients who want to invest in income property. Unfortunately, few Real Estate Agents have any experience in this area and as a result do not even invest in income property themselves. “Despite the fact that Real Estate is the best investment in the U.S., few agents understand it and even fewer actually invest their own money”, said Salisbury.
