Axiomtek Unveils New 1U Rack Mountable High Definition 15-Inch LCD Keyboard Drawer With KVM Option

The highly affordable, low-profile 1U rack-mountable AX7115AT-ACN boasts a high-resolution 15-inch TFT/LCD active matrix color display with integrated keyboard and mouse. An optional 8-port KVM switch with hot-plug / hot-button functions is also available for toggling between multiple working units while using one terminal.

Designed using an aluminum frame with an A-class rated LCD, the AX7115AT-ACN keyboard drawer is commonly used in areas where systems do not require permanent keyboard / display access such as in locations for testing equipment and server racks. A single connector on the rear of the unit integrates the display, keyboard and mouse touch pad. AXIOMTEK provides a single six foot three-in-one cable (VGA port, two PS/2 ports) for connection to the customer’s master control computing system. Optional 10 and 15 feet cables are available at an additional cost.

The keyboard drawer allows users to easily adjust display settings for best viewing via the On Screen Display buttons located on front of the LCD monitor. Furthermore, the display can be tilted up to 90 degrees horizontally for personal viewing preferences and environmental conditions. An auto shut-off function is built in for saving LCD monitor life and conserving power whenever the keyboard drawer is pushed back into its resting position.

Additional design elements include an integrated open-frame auto-switch power supply eliminating the need for an external power converter. The AXIOMTEK AX7115AT-ACN ships ready to mount into a standard rack cabinet. The rear mounting bracket can be extended up to 29.6-inches in depth for maximum rack installation flexibility.
