Ragsdale Liggett Announces New Associate Attorney
Charles J. Vaughan III Joins Firm’s Business Law Department

RALEIGH, N.C. – Ragsdale Liggett PLLC has announced that Charles J. Vaughan III has joined the law firm as an associate attorney. In this position, Vaughan will focus on general corporate law, including formation of business entities and counseling business entities across a wide range of activities and services. Vaughan is a member of the North Carolina and Wake County Bar Associations and is admitted to practice in all North Carolina state and federal courts.

Vaughan received a Bachelor of Arts degree in both English and Mathematics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 2005.
