New Coastal Vacations Business Owners Happily Pay Extra For Ultra-Successful System

Coastal Vacations Director Dean Marino cleared up the confusion some people have about pricing of Coastal Vacations travel products while hosting a live conference call for the largest, fastest growing, and most successful group in the program.

The Coastal Vacations Sales Center offers an ultra-successful hybrid business model to entrepreneurs. Their business model incorporates account executives and other staff members who handle many of the details for member associates.

Savvy home based business owners happily pay extra to utilize all the services the hybrid offers. They realize that equipping their business with maximum support and a full time staff will pay dividends in terms of increased profits.

Those with the hybrid business model enjoy much more success than those involved with the traditional Coastal Vacations business for one huge reason—-it is simpler to operate.

Most traditional Coastal Vacations associates have never owner a business before and lack the necessary skills. While many can learn to be the marketer, salesperson, follow-up expert, product procurement director, accountant, and chief trainer, most just don't have the time.

With the hybrid Coastal Vacations business, members don't have to learn all those skills to start earning a great income. They cut the learning curve way down by providing a wide array of services for members.

Account executives at their Tempe Arizona office take calls and follow-up for members. They also finalize sales and collect the payment. Other staff members fulfill orders and ship the travel membership packages.

By shortening the list of "must learn" skills the hybrid system allows members to start earning an income faster. Marino explained that putting money in their pockets faster gives them more confidence in the business. Excited by the profits, new members go on to be more successful.

Many have compared the system to learning to ride a bike with training wheels. With the training wheels the bike is completely functional and you can get where you want to go. Eventually, you gain confidence and are ready to ride on two wheels.

Marino explained that the simplicity of the hybrid allows members to start going places and earn money with the training wheels on. The maximum support system continues to teach them while they earn profits.

Some members choose to take a more hands on approach as they learn more. Others choose to let the system continue to do the bulk of the work.

Members in the less successful traditional business model must master being on two wheels before they have a chance to earn money.

Because the time it takes to learn and master all the skills required in the conventional business model is so much longer, most new members give up before they ever see a dime of profit.

The top level California based director explained that members of the Coastal Vacations Sales Center are not paying extra for the travel products. Depending upon the level they start with, they pay $700 or $1000 more for their Sales Center membership. Those who start at the top Platinum level don't even pay an extra penny for the opportunity to use the state-of-the-art system.

Marino explained that those who own other successful businesses easily grasp what they are getting for the extra money. Others seem confused about the pricing because they think Coastal is Coastal and are unaware that one business model greatly increases their ability to be successful.

One successful business owner explained it this way to Marino and others on the call; "You can buy a McDonalds franchise for $6 million. If you are near a major highway, investing in an oversized sign for another $150,000 will make your business visible before drivers get to the exit and increase profits. If you want to attract families and have them stay longer the extra $100,000 for a playland would also increase your bottom line. The installation of drive-though windows may be another extra-cost option worth considering."

Marino added that like the traditional Coastal Vacations business, running a McDonalds all by yourself would be daunting task. The investment of an extra $36,000 a year to hire an assistant manager so the business owner does not need to be there open to close might be money well spent.

Marino explained that being able to delegate work is what makes the difference between a business owner and someone who buys themselves a job.

Marino recalled several instances when his account executives finalized sales for him while he was enjoying life. Twice he was on a plane, another time he was having breakfast at a Palm Springs hotel. Sales have been completed for Marino while he was shopping in Ft Myers Florida, vacationing in Alaska, and even just sleeping or hosting one of the conference calls.

It's no wonder business owners have so much more success with the hybrid system. While the earnings are great, many feel the free time to enjoy the income is better. Learn more about the ultra-successful Coastal Vacations Sales Center and the maximum support at www.coastalpassiveincome.com .
