Rochester, NY - Leading interactive marketing agency, Corporate Communications, Inc. (http://www.corporatecomm.com) has acquired New York Web Works (http://www.nywebworks.com), a web site architecture, development and hosting firm located Rochester, NY. The acquisition evolved from a long-term working relationship between the two companies and will offer customers of both companies the benefits of expanded product and service offerings.“This acquisition is consistent with our goal of both client
diversification and service offering expansion,” explained Mathew Mitchell, Corporate Communications vice president. “New York Web Works is a good acquisition for us because of strong working relationship and the synergistic product and service offerings.”
With this acquisition, Corporate Communications gains additional web site hosting and expanded server capacity as well as in-depth knowledge of Microsoft FrontPage development. Clients of New York Web Works will now have access to a full array of internet marketing services provided by Corporate Communications, Inc., from enhanced web site concept and design to full-service web site marketing and promotion.
Corporate Communications, Inc. plans to leave the web site client infrastructure and name of New York Web Works fully intact. New York Web Works will relocate its operations to 108 S. Union Street, under the same roof as Corporate Communications, Inc.
