Elle Passion, a premium salon and spa, formally inaugurated its Hair Academy in Faridabad in the presence of two top City and Guilds officials: Mrs Sabina Pillai, Regional Representative (Asia Pacific) and Mrs Seema Malhotra (City and Guilds, Verifier Team).
