REP Commercial Represents Both Landlord and Tenant in Lease Transaction at Seagate Plaza in Huntington Beach, CA; Dr. Michael Dong, DDS expected to open in July 2006

The value of the lease could not be disclosed. The tenant is expected to open in July 2006 at 16033 Bolsa Chica, Suite 110.

David Morgan of REP Commercial in Irvine represented both the landlord, Asbury Properties of Los Angeles, and the dentist in this lease transaction. REP Commercial is the exclusive leasing agent for Seagate Plaza shopping center, a 30,000-square-foot neighborhood center.
