Trumba Adds Seasoned Executive to Increase Marketing Focus on Business Customers

SEATTLE, WA, June 9, 2006 – Trumba Corporation, the leader in calendar publishing platforms, today added an experienced marketer to its management team to guide the company’s strategies for reaching business users. Bruce Allenbaugh joins the company as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development and will be responsible for leading the company’s marketing strategy and business development efforts as Trumba expands its reach into the business market. Trumba enables organizations to create, communicate and manage live, interactive calendars that drive customer participation and increase loyalty among their constituents.

Allenbaugh brings over 20 years of marketing strategy and execution experience for both established and start-up businesses. Most recently he served as the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Safeco Corporation where he was part of the leadership team that brought the company back to profitability after a three-year decline. He was also involved in developing and executing a new corporate strategy for Safeco that led to the company’s turnaround and future growth.
Prior to Safeco, Allenbaugh held the positions of Vice President of Marketing for Avenue A (now aQuantive) and Nextlink Communications (now XO Communications). He began his career at Pepsi-Cola Company, where he spent 10 years in various marketing positions providing strategic vision and driving innovation for the company’s beverage products.
Allenbaugh received a master’s degree in management with a focus in marketing and finance from J.L. Kellogg Graduate School at Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Washington.
